Expectant mothers must already be under the care of a healthcare provider, have undergone a diagnostic ultrasound, and received prenatal care to confirm due dates, screen for fetal anomalies, and assess pregnancy-related issues.

Extensive studies over the past 30 years have shown that ultrasounds are safe for both mother and baby. The technology used in 3D/4D/HD ultrasounds is similar in type and intensity to standard 2D ultrasounds, ensuring safety throughout the process.

Yes, appointments are required for all our services to ensure personalized attention and availability.

The session duration varies based on the package you choose, typically lasting 10 to 30 minutes. For Gold or Platinum packages, sessions may take 40 to 50 minutes, depending on the baby’s position and cooperation.

We recommend scheduling your 4D ultrasound between 26 and 34 weeks of pregnancy for optimal imaging. However, beautiful images can often be captured as early as 22 weeks. Many mothers schedule multiple sessions during their second and third trimesters

While we strive to capture the best possible images, factors such as the baby’s position, gestational age, fluid levels, and maternal conditions can impact image quality. If your baby is in an unfavorable position, we may offer a repeat scan to improve results.

Yes! We encourage you to invite loved ones to share this special experience. Our facilities feature spacious family rooms with large screens (up to 100 inches) for viewing the ultrasound. We can comfortably seat 8–10 guests, but you are welcome to bring more.

In most cases, we can determine the baby’s sex. However, factors such as fetal position and developmental stage can occasionally make it difficult to confirm.

No, elective ultrasounds are not covered by insurance since they are not medically necessary. Payment is required at the time of service, and we accept both cash and credit cards.
